Tax Manager 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (CIT, VAT, PIT, transfer pricing, etc.)
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting and filings
  • Provide expert tax advice for business decisions and cross-border transactions
  • Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities
  • Support finance and legal teams in risk control and internal process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, ideally in an international company or Big 4
  • In-depth knowledge of Polish tax law and experience with tax audits
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems
  • Strong communication skills in Polish and English

Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and register incoming parts and equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse
  • Prepare and pack outgoing shipments
  • Maintain accurate stock records in the system
  • Coordinate with logistics, service, and sales teams for timely material flow
  • Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, warehouse systems)
  • Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain a license
  • Good organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy machinery (e.g. excavators, cranes)
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing on-site or at customer locations
  • Support machine commissioning and provide technical assistance to clients
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in heavy equipment or construction machinery repair
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electronic diagnostics
  • Basic English or Polish for work communication (Chinese language is a plus)
  • Valid driving license (B or higher); willing to travel for field service
